These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the products and services provided by Katar DefTech Private Limited. By engaging with us for drone systems, related equipment, or support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Katar DefTech specializes in the design, development, manufacturing, delivery, and maintenance of indigenous drone technologies and related services, including but not limited to:

• Attack drones
• Heavy payload drones
• Surveillance drones
• Training drones
• Accessories, spare parts, and mission planning software
• Maintenance, repair, and operational support
• Software development for drone intelligence using AI

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding specifications and intended use.
• Obtain and maintain all necessary government/regulatory clearances and licenses for drone operation.
• Ensure drones are used, stored, and maintained as per Katar DefTech’s operational and safety guidelines.

Failure to meet these obligations may void warranties and/or result in suspension of services.

We process personal and operational data for purposes including:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 18% per month.
• All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• All Government taxes are applicable at the time of delivery and subject to changes intimated by the Government departments.

• All designs, technology, and proprietary software remain the exclusive intellectual property of Katar DefTech.
• Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to use the purchased products, but not to replicate, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, technical data, and trade secrets.

• Products are covered under a limited warranty as specified at the time of sale.
• Warranty is void if products are modified, mishandled, or used outside recommended operating conditions.
• Warranty seal sticker should not be removed from the drone to maintain warranty.

Since all drones and services are custom-built and mission-specific, no returns or refunds are permitted once delivered.

• Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• All outstanding payments must be cleared prior to termination.

Katar DefTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring lawful and safe operation.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Katar DefTech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

By purchasing or using Katar DefTech’s products and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
